Your Right to Data Deletion
At MYÜTIK, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what data we delete, how the process works, and how to submit a request.
What Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, we remove the following:
- Account information: Your name, email address, password, and profile settings.
- Platform connections: All stored OAuth tokens and credentials for connected ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Lead data: All lead records ingested from your ad platforms, including contact details and form responses.
- Conversation history: All AI agent conversation records associated with your account.
- Swarm simulation data: Knowledge trees, simulation results, and agent training data generated for your brand.
- Analytics and reports: Oracle engine data, conversion metrics, and performance reports.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data using the method below.
How to Request
Send an email to support@myutik.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Identity Verification
Before processing a deletion request, we may verify your identity to protect against unauthorised deletion. We will confirm the request using the email address associated with your account.
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain limited data after deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Legal obligations: Transaction records, invoices, or data required for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance.
- Fraud prevention: Minimal data necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms of service.
- Aggregated data: Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Third-Party Data
When you connect ad platforms to MYÜTIK, leads are ingested from those platforms into our system. Deleting your data from MYÜTIK does not affect the original data held by the ad platforms themselves. To delete data from Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms, please refer to their respective privacy settings.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, or connected your Meta Business accounts to MYÜTIK, you can manage and revoke our access through Meta directly:
- Facebook / Instagram: Visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove MYÜTIK.
- WhatsApp Business Account: Visit Meta Business Suite → Business Settings → Integrations and remove MYÜTIK’s access.
Revoking access terminates our ability to process Platform Data from those accounts. We will delete Platform Data received from Meta within 90 days of disconnection, except where retention is required by law.
You may also submit a deletion request directly through the methods on this page, and we will process it as described above.
